Sence Instructor

Street-sence has 3 instructor levels, based on the 3 student levels, starting with the basic knowledge of Sence’s reality based selfdefence(RBSD). In level 2 we go deeper into the concept of RBSD and fundamental understanding of knife defence. The third level starts to look at weapons; ie. guns, stick, axes or anything that can be used as a weapon, level 2 of knife defence and a concentrated seminar on scenario's.

Each student course can be taken individually, but if you wish to be a certified Sence instructor an exam has to be passed after fulfilling each student course on each level. Anybody taking the level 2 self defence and basic knife defence will automatically be granted as a level 2 student, and there for qualified for a level 2 instructor sence exam. Passing the level 2 exam will give you a level 2 Sence instructor certification (you need to have the level 1 certification; for the level 3 you need the level 2 and level 3).

A valid certification gives you the right to use our material, and access to our closed user group on our website and you'll be in contact with all the other certified instructors. You will also be able to participate in all the courses on your level( and ower levels) for ½ price, ie. if your an level 2 certified instructor you can participate in basic self defence, level 2 self defence and basic knife for ½ price, while weapons, level 2 knife and scenario is still full price.

An instructor certification is valid for 2 years, and has to be renewed by taking a new exam no later than 2 years after the last exam. To keep your certification only the highest exam has to be taken. If you have a level 3 certification, you only need to do the level 3 exam to have a valid certification for the next 2 years.

If you've taken all three levels it's possible to become a sence coach, were you become a core member of the Sence team. This is done through a long time evaluation on courses and participation on different instructor levels.
